Use the custom crochet form, send the prepared request on WhatsApp, and we reply with a quote within 48 hours.
How long does a custom piece take?
Most take 2 to 4 weeks. Larger garments or detailed colourwork can take longer.
Do I pay upfront?
A deposit (usually 50%) starts your order and the balance is due before shipping.
Do you ship outside Nigeria?
Yes. Choose your region at checkout for Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, and the rest of the world. Fees and times vary by region.
How do I wash crochet wear?
Hand wash in cool water, press out the water, and dry flat.
Can I return a custom piece?
Custom pieces can't be returned for a change of mind. If there is a flaw or it doesn't match your approved design, we'll fix it.
Can I return a ready-made piece?
Unworn pieces with tags can be returned within [X] days of delivery.
